If you have Parents who would like to attend Cuboree, Then the Group Leader needs to register them as “Group Rostered Parents/Office Bearer”. There is no cost for this. They must also apply for a Working with Children check ("WWC") and their proof of application is handled in the same manner as a Leaders would be, there is no cost for this either.
No Police Check is required.
If they already have a WWC then they will be required to visit http://www.justice.vic.gov.au/workingwithchildren and print off an alteration to personal details form and post it to DOJ.
The 30 June deadline applies to Cubs only, and you should have time to do this before we close all registrations.
